Complaint to Westpac

The following is a complaint I wrote to Westpac:

It has come to my attention that Westpac Internet
Banking facility has become increasingly difficult to access. With changes
to the login interface; removal of entering password via keyboard and now
only accessible via mouse. I cannot access Internet Banking only from
private and enclosed environments. I often require accessing Internet
Banking from public and unsecured places while traveling.

In addition, I came across an error message while using the Internet
Banking facility. The message reads as follows: “To access your Other
Accounts you will need to be using a Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5
or above, and a Windows based operating system.” Could you please suggest
how to proceed to “upgrade” my browser when I’m using Mozilla Firefox on a
Linux operating system?

Westpac’s move to “improve” the Internet Banking facility and limiting
access only by Microsoft products has driven away numerous customers. I
have already closed my personal banking account with Westpac in the recent
years due to poor quality in products and services.

What outcome do you seek?

Improve the Internet Banking facility so that
everyone can access it, anytime, anywhere, whether using Microsoft products
or not.

My first word!

Today I spoke my first word: “Daddy”! Even though I have no idea what it means.

Daddy was so proud of me and he was over the moon. He couldn’t stop kissing me for the whole night.

Mummy said, “Fine! Don’t wake me up tonight. Daddy can feed you and change your nappy!”
