Jay (aka golebara)
Jay was born in China and moved to Papua New Guinea at a young age. After completing his primary education in Port Moresby, Jay attended Churchie in Brisbane, Australia. Jay is a graduate of Bachelor of Information Technology with Distinction and Master of Information Technology majoring in Information Security from Central Queensland University.
Jay loves hand-coding HTML/CSS and playing PC games. Some of his favourites include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2/3, Battlefield 3, GRID, Mirror’s Edge, Assassin’s Creed, Need for Speed and GTA. As well as playing the piano and keyboard, Jay enjoys listening to a wide range of music genres including metal, jazz, new age, chillout, world, soul, R&B and hip-hop. Some of his all-time favourite artists include Deep Forest, Yanni, Era, Fourplay, Fear Factory, Korn, Nightwish, Brandy, Destiny’s Child and TATU. Jay also loves music composition and works on various projects from time to time. Jay has taken up amateur photography in the recent years with a Canon EOS 1000D and he’s loving it.
Fon
Fon grew up in a remote area in Bangkok. Born to a family of four, Fon is the second eldest and keeps close relationships with her brother and two sisters. Having both parents as teachers, Fon struggled to compete with her siblings. Despite her childhood dream of becoming a painter, Fon was determined to become a programmer after her first computer class in Grade 9.
For many years Fon worked as a Senior Programmer for Viriyah, one of the largest insurance companies in Thailand. She is fluent with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic and ASP. Previous to Viriyah, Fon was employed as a Database Administrator working at various branches of Central Department Store. Fon holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Rajabhat Valaya Alongkorn University in Bangkok. Since 2004 Fon pursued her studies in Australia. Having to learn English, she completed her Master of Management majoring in Marketing from Central Queensland University.
Fon loves cooking and enjoys eating. She makes some of the best gourmet dishes including pan-fried french cut lamb with red wine marinate and Thai chicken yellow curry. Other than food, Fon is also passionate for a variety of sports including tennis, squash and yoga. Fon is a huge fan of Japanese anime. Some of her favourites include Doraemon, Dr. Slump, Crayon Shin-chan and Dragon Ball.
